Shipping
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Obsessions Boutique is pleased to offer free shipping.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders made on weekdays will ship out within 48 hours of the purchase. Orders placed on the weekend will ship out on Monday.
Please remember that Obsessions Boutique is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.
Returns
Q: Can I return an item?
A: You may return an item within 14 days of its delivery. To return an item, it must be in original condition, unused, unworn, and unwashed. It must not have visible odors or stains, including deodorant or makeup. Include the name you used to order the item when you return it. The card used to order the item will be credited within 5-10 business days, minus a 15% restocking fee.
Q: Can I return a sale item?
A: No. discounted sale items are all final sale items.
Q: My item/order is defective. What do I do?
A: Contact us within 3 days of the confirmed delivery of your item if you believe that it is defective.
Q: How can I make a return?
A: As the customer, you are responsible for any return shipping costs unless your item is damaged when it arrives. If that happens, or if Obsessions Boutique makes a mistake, then contact us right away and we will send you a return label via email. Ship the items to the address listed below, along with your order number and your email. Once we receive the item, we will credit your account.

Exchanges
Q: May I exchange my item for something else?
A: Yes. Items may be exchanged, but you have to do so within 14 days of receiving the item. To exchange an article of clothing, please get in contact with us to tell us the color and/or size of the new item you would like instead.
Q: May I exchange a sale item?
A: No. All sale items are final. They cannot be exchanged or returned.
Q: Am I responsible for sending back the item?
A: Yes. When you send back an item for exchange, you will be responsible for a fee ranging between $3.99 and $6.99. The actual cost depends on the weight of the item.
